The Solution

That’s where I come in. I bring focus and structure, helping you break through growth barriers; clarifying priorities, optimizing resources, and building, then executing the roadmap you need to scale internationally.

About me

Operator First. Practical, Measurable Outcomes.

With 13+ years in EdTech, and multiple leadership roles across sales, BD, M&A, and localization, I help companies unlock new revenue streams, build scalable revenue engines, scout high-fit acquisition targets, and expand internationally.

Active in EdTech since 2012, when I joined Brainly. Over seven years, I led international sales teams and held multiple leadership roles. The company’s growth during those years laid the path to 350 million users at its peak and the #1 global EdTech app position, supported by $165M in total funding.

In recent years, I’ve worked with B2C and B2B K–12 EdTech products spanning adaptive math and literacy platforms, STEM and coding tools, and gamified language-learning apps — with a proven track record in go-to-market strategy and execution.

What teams value: clear decision frameworks • practical playbooks • calm execution under pressure.

Oborski Matt portrait
Based in Europe • working worldwide

I’ve worked remotely for many years, living in markets as different as Poland, Spain, Colombia, Brazil, and Japan, among others. This global exposure shaped a practical understanding of localization, market nuance, and product–market fit.

In parallel, I’ve been closely following how AI is reshaping EdTech — from adaptive learning and content generation to teacher workflow automation. Understanding where real adoption happens versus hype has become central to advising teams on sustainable innovation and positioning.

Anna KowalskaVP Growth, K12 SaaS
Clear signal on international moves — saved us months on partner selection and go-to-market. Matt pushed us to pick the right sequence of markets, challenged pricing, and lined up intros that actually converted.
Diego MartinsFounder, LATAM Learning
Practical and sharp. The intros and context made our CEE expansion twice as quick. He brought a crisp view on reseller incentives and helped our PMM tighten the value prop for schools versus districts.
Sophie DuboisCOO, EU EdTech
Structured approach and execution clarity — we could enter three new markets in one year. Weekly ops cadence, local expert network, and no-nonsense decisions when experiments didn’t meet signal.
